I really enjoyed the music of Ebba Bergkvist & The Flat Tire Band, a blend of blues rock and energetic garage rock driven by Ebba's powerful voice. The production is perfect, with a musical style inspired by 60s and 70s rock. I had to make a session!

Luckily, I was able to meet Ebba and her guitarist, Jonas. We met in Monteliusvägen, a must-see spot for its stunning view of the city. Bathed in the golden light of sunset, Ebba and Jonas performed two songs from their latest album, "Four Wings" in an intimate and warm atmosphere.

Ebba Bergkvist & The Flat Tire Band, groupe de rock suédois basé à Stockholm, navigue avec aisance entre riffs de guitare puissants, garage rock brut et fuzz psychédélique.

Porté par la voix de Bergkvist, souvent comparée à Janis Joplin et Bonnie Raitt, le groupe est connu pour ses concerts très énergiques et des influences allant de Led Zeppelin à Black Sabbath.

Le projet débute avec l’EP solo d’Ebba Bergkvist en 2019, puis l’album "Spilt Milk" en 2020. Le groupe se compose aujourd’hui de quatre membres, Adam Randolph (batterie) Jonas Skeppar (guitare) et Björn Björnehult Korning (basse).

Après la sortie de leur deuxième album studio, "Four Wings", le groupe a effectué deux grandes tournées en Espagne et se produit régulièrement dans toute la Scandinavie, notamment lors de leur prestation remarquée au Sweden Rock Festival en 2024.
